2015 San Francisco Year-End Recap
Climb Real Estate’s annual real estate market report for San Francisco is now available for 2015. Inventory sold quickly at higher prices than at any point in the city’s long, rich history. Single-family homes were up 14% in 2015, and condos and lofts were up roughly 12%. Inventory for both single-family homes and condos is down to less than one month.
